1) Return Policy—Overview

We accept returns and exchanges when an item is defective, wrong, or damaged on delivery. Our goal is a quick, fair resolution every time.

We follow the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 for all return cases.

2) Return Eligibility

  • Report within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification.
  • Item must be unused, with original box, seals, and all accessories.
  • Incorrect address or parcel refusal may incur re‑delivery charges.
If returned without a valid reason, 50% of the delivery charge will be deducted as a return fee.

3) Non‑Returnable Items

  • Used/physically damaged, water‑damaged, modified, or tampered products.
  • Opened personal accessories (earphones, batteries, chargers, cables).
  • Software issues or ID‑lock after delivery.
  • Items sold as clearance or marked non‑returnable.

4) Return Process & Refund

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp +880 1344‑505151 or Facebook.
  2. Share order ID, issue details, and proof (photos/video).
  3. We arrange pickup or advise drop‑off. In some cases, we may collect the return for free.
  4. After inspection, replacement or refund is processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank).
  • No cash refunds for online orders. Timing depends on bank/gateway.

5) Warranty Policy — Overview

All products sold by Abir Telecom are genuine and covered by an official brand warranty or our store warranty depending on the product.

We follow relevant Bangladeshi laws for warranty handling and after‑sales service.

6) Warranty Coverage

  • Brand Warranty: New, officially distributed phones and original accessories.
  • Store Warranty: Refurbished/unboxed items — typically 7, 15, or 30 days.
  • Covers: Manufacturing defects in functional components.
  • Excludes: Physical/water damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, software issues, data loss.

8) How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact via WhatsApp +880 1344‑505151 or Facebook with your invoice and issue details.
  2. Provide IMEI/serial number and photos/video if applicable.
  3. We guide you to an authorized service point or arrange collection for inspection.
  4. Inspection usually takes 3–10 working days. Repair/replacement depends on diagnosis and stock.
Warranty is valid only with the original invoice or digital receipt. Unauthorized repair voids warranty. Back up your data before service.
